One of the most popular career choices in India is being the Chartered accountancy. This is not an easy post or profession to get into but if you manage to do so, it can offer you a great career path, salary, and respect among people. The CA exams, also known as the ICAI exam, are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for aspirants of the Chartered Accountancy profession in India. The exam is conducted at different levels as per the CA courses. For being certified charted accountants the candidates must have to clear this exam.

Recently the result for CA final exams held in November 2020 was released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for both old and new courses on February 1. Those candidates who appeared for this exam held last year in November 2020 can now check their results at the official websites, icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org, and icai.nic.in. The merit list for aspirants up to the 50th rank is also uploaded on the provided websites.
5392 candidates qualified as CAs in the new scheme and in the old scheme, 5,675 candidates qualified. Komal Kishor Jain from Mumbai secured the highest marks in ICAI CA final exams with 75 percent marks. She attempted the exam in the new scheme. In the new syllabus, the second rank was secured by Mudit Agrawal from Surat with 73.63 percent marks followed by Rajvi Bhadresh Nathvani with 73.38 percent marks. The topper of the old scheme is Salem’s Essakiraj In the old scheme, she secured the top position with 69.13 percent marks. The second rank was secured by Sripriya R from Chennai with 62.63 percent marks and Mayank Singh with 61.13 percent marks secured the third spot.

Candidates Last year a total number of 4,71,619 students had registered to appear for CA exams in November 2020. This included students from the final, foundation, and intermediate semesters. This exam was held across 1085 centers in India. Candidates due to pandemic held a protest against the examination being held on these days but through govt. the help they got was that candidates who were unable to attempt the exam due to pandemic related issues were allowed another window to attempt the same in January.
Students could also receive their results at their official mail id if they want so, this can be done by sending the email for their requirements at icaiexam.icai.org. Those who appeared for the final exam old syllabus will have to SMS CAFNLOLD <space> roll number while the new syllabus candidates need to SMS CAFNLNEW <space> roll number to 57575.
