Delayed board exams and entrance tests in 2020, pushed the admission cycle by 4-5 months. Traditionally, the admissions cycle is over by August, but the process continued till December 2020 due to the COVID-19. Usually, the CBSE board exams are concluded in March, but this year, the Class X and XII board exams will be conducted from May 4 to June 10.
With the CBSE board exams moving to June, it was necessary for the candidates of other competitive exams like LSAT, dates were moved in a way that students are not burdened. Preparing for one exam is stressful, so compounding that pressure with a second exam would have been counterproductive, thus, skewing the results.
