JEE Advanced 2021 Major Updates

The Union Education Minister, Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has declared the final dates for the national engineering exam- JEE Advanced 2021. IIT Kharagpur will conduct the examination on July 3, 2021. Moreover, another bonus gift is that 75% of eligibility criteria has also been scrapped off. In lieu of this, the government officials have decided to allow the qualifying candidates of JEE Main 2020 to appear directly for JEE Advanced 2021. This implies for many who were otherwise unable to appear for the second stage of the exam due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. The organizing institute is expecting a surge in the number of applicants for the final stage of the exam, which is quite obvious.

In addition, this year the engineering examination applicants will get four attempts to qualify for the JEE Main 2021 exam as announced earlier. The first session will take place from 23 Feb to 26 Feb 2021. At the end of the fourth session in the month of May, the JEE Main 2021 merit list will be uploaded by the NTA or the National Testing Agency.

Application forms for the JEE Advanced 2021 will be released by IIT Kharagpur online. This will be uploaded after the final merit-list of JEE Main 2021 will be declared. Candidates should regularly check the site.

IIT Kharagpur Announces Exam Timings For JEE Advanced 2021

JEE Advanced 2021 will be conducted in two shifts on July 3, 2021. The morning shift will be from 9 am to 12 pm and the noon shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

JEE Main 2021 Application submission to Close on January 17

The last date to register for the JEE Main 2021 is 16 January 2021. However, the last date to submit the application fee remains to be January 17, 2021. Applicants can register on the site of the National Testing Agency (NTA).
